This is exactly right. One of the most nauseating aspects of right-wing discourse in the 1980s/90s was gloating about AIDS deaths on the ground that they deserved it for promiscuity, not wearing condoms, IV drug use, etc. (bad health choices). It's no less repugnant for COVID: — PolitiTweet.org
