@dicktofel Even in the fall 2013, I worked with Globo on NSA Brazil reporting and its reporters had full access to the archive at my house. Laura worked with der Spiegel and they had the same. We didn't give the physical copies to anyone because of legal issues, but gave full search access. — PolitiTweet.org
