Starting to look strongly like the Anthony-Kennedy-like decisive judge will rule that imprisonment is impermissible until all appeals are exhausted. This ruling would likely free Lula from prison, who still has appeals remaining. Would obviously have huge consequences. — PolitiTweet.org
