I am suggesting that people not take sides but look at all the facts, look how these cases are historically treated by the courts and DOJ…too often people now just take sides and for many it is simply whether they like Bannon or not …that is not the right way to look at it — PolitiTweet.org

The deterrent is Rule 11….the bigger problem is that the court system is so clogged that people can’t get civil and criminal cases to trial very fast — PolitiTweet.org

@greta One of the problems is that anyone can sue anyone for anything. There is little/ no deterrent for frivolous lawsuits.
