Trials via zoom are not the same as in person;I don’t think it constitutional (6th)to ‘confront your accusers’ via zoom-SCT will get final word but the Constitution clause does not provide for a pandemic exception..they could always rent a big barn and social distance ? — PolitiTweet.org

@Fionaleo1 @greta My spouse is an atty and has had many depositions and hearings via zoom, but has had zero trials via zoom. Not one.

Zoom trials do not compare in fairness to trials in person in the courtroom…DC is open, the trials should be in person. So,rather than your snarky ‘do your homework,’ perhaps you could try and get 1/10 of my courtroom experience so that you would have better judgment. — PolitiTweet.org

@greta Greta do your homework. Court is via Zoom and Skype and has been for over a year. because of covid. They’re still working.
