If a verdict by a jury is inconsistent w/ the facts, the trial judge has the authority to reduce a verdict or over turn it and also there are at least two more layers of appeals hence I don’t think politicians in DC (who did not hear the evidence)should be telling jurors anything — PolitiTweet.org
