CA Penal Code 653m makes it illegal to make calls that are obscene, threatening, or made with the intent to harass or annoy the person. Also, 18 U.S. Code § 876 makes it illegal to threaten someone (including their reputation) by letter. So, yeah, imagine that. — PolitiTweet.org
