Turns out the helmet is NOT banned. Problem is he wants to use a 10 yr old helmet he can’t replace because they don’t make it anymore. His old helmet uses traditional foam padding which doesn’t perform as well as TPU Cushioning now used which absorbs significantly more impact. — PolitiTweet.org
