@DamonLinker You're right, I think I used "establishment" too loosely in the original tweet. "Policies that favor religious institutions in civil society" is a better way of putting what I was getting at. But I don't think what Barr is discussing here is "boilerplate" in any acceptable way. — PolitiTweet.org
