@CharlesFLehman @jamespoulos That's also a good point. Best evidence IMHO says that therapy and medication work best together and are much less reliable independently. Which doesn't suggest we should be taking MW's anti-anti-depressant attitude, but trying to figure out when SSRIs etc. are appropriate. — PolitiTweet.org
