As most people know, corporate checks expire within 90 or 180 days. @pepsi tells me, at some point, they did have to reissue the check to the Texas GOP. But @pepsi declined to specify the date the check was originally sent or the date that it was reissued. — PolitiTweet.org

@pepsi The other issue is that, if @pepsi objected to the fact that the Texas GOP was pushing through a draconian abortion ban, it could have canceled the check. It chose not to.
