@MikeMadden Yeah it's this second point that I'm talking about. I think DC absolutely did the right thing by vaccinating those folks! But in the interest of fairness, DC should be getting more shots since we are lessening the burden on MD/VA and reducing our own supply. — PolitiTweet.org
