@ByronYork I think Facebook has badly mishandled this, but Facebook does not assign fact-checkers. Its algorithm produces a list and fact-checkers can select from the list if they want. But what the fact-checkers review is up to them. They can pick stuff not in the Facebook list. — PolitiTweet.org
