@KalhanR @DohaMadani Fair. I've had times where it backfired too. I wouldn't reach out to someone who threatened death or violence. When its worked it has involved someone who is clearly not just a twitter surfing asshole. I've found it useful to understand their pts and to explain myself to them — PolitiTweet.org
