I threw my lower back out on Monday carrying my 8 month old baby and haven’t been able to walk on my own since then. This morning, thanks to prescribed steroids + muscle relaxers, I was able to walk to the walk (ok, more like shuffle) to the shower. Felt like I won a marathon. — PolitiTweet.org
