Hey @KLM. Getting some negative customer service from you. Tried repeatedly to change a ticket online. Told repeatedly there's a "technical error on our side" & I should call. When I call, the change fee is 3X the amount online & the rep can't do anything. This seems wrong. — PolitiTweet.org
