@RDEliason @gtconway3d So what shows (criminal) intent then? Does he have to know that what he's doing could violate the law? I've thought that his phone call to the GA officials, requesting they "find" enough votes for him to win was a sign of corrupt intent. He wasn't just asking for a recount. 1/2 — PolitiTweet.org
