Actually, Biden tried to limit Bush’s ability to launch the Iraq war. But his effort with Dick Lugar was torpedoed by Dick Gephardt who was backing Bush. And then Biden went along with the Iraq war use-of-force authorization. — PolitiTweet.org

And Dem leaders supported them. In fact, Biden was virtually a cheerleader for those wars.
