As dumb a comment as a House member can make. This court approves surveillance warrants involving Americans when the FBI or other intel agencies are pursuing intel on foreign targets. If the FSB is in contact w/ a US cit, US intel needs this court's okay to spy on that. — PolitiTweet.org
