I disagree. The biggest problem is not impersonation, it is bots. Bots in comments and DMs non stop spamming or scamming people. Bots used to start trends and run narratives. Unless EVERYONE pays to use Twitter, the bots and spam will continue to rule this platform. — PolitiTweet.org
