@techno92 @AvaSantina School uniforms should be free to for poor kids. There should be plenty of previous kids clothes available to recycle. Our schools had a donation booth where you could get anything from shoes to jackets for free. And this was in a 3rd world country. This pain is self inflicted. — PolitiTweet.org
