Y’all, the Senate will take it up if the House impeaches. It is academically, theoretically, technically possible for McConnell to ignore it, but realistically, politically that won’t happen. To me this is same as arguing the speaker of the House doesn’t have to be a lawmaker. 🙄 — PolitiTweet.org
