No, not quite. I'm talking about paper ballots that are the final evidence of voter intent, hand-counted. Tallies would be put into a spreadsheet or the like, but if there are questions about the accuracy of the tallies, then the ballots can be consulted and discrepancies fixed. — PolitiTweet.org
