Ken is correct. I led the DOJ Env’t Division’s effort to make Kelo come out the right way in the Bush Admin. We lost. But Kelo is clearly wrong and should be repudiated. Thankfully, many States rejected Kelo at the state level. But we need Kelo’s demise at the fed’l level too. — PolitiTweet.org
