FYI to comply with agreement Trump signed w the Taliban, he drew down to 2,500, not enough to fight the Taliban. Tal didn't overrun us only to comply w the deal. Biden would have had to surge to at least 8,500 if he chose to restart the war. Biden's choice was withdraw or surge. — PolitiTweet.org
