@lizard_jpg oh oh oh let's see. what about a layer of yuzu curd under there? or an interesting crunchy element? i'd say the directions you can go are smoky (caramel?) and bright/acid (a curd, a cheesecake-type layer, etc.) yuzu seems like a natural fit to me, or melon — PolitiTweet.org
