it's so easy! i made a caramel syrup on the stove with brown sugar, a little rum, pineapple juice, cinnamon and a touch of allspice. cooked it down until it was quite thick, then put pineapple and cherries in cupcake liners. spooned syrup over + scooped yellow cake batter on top — PolitiTweet.org
