@CaitlinPacific oh of course! there's a slight dif between dutch process cocoa powder vs non, which mainly affects how the powder will interact with other ingredients (namely baking powder/soda) in the recipe, but that's all. dutch process doesn't react, 'natural' does. but in short: yes! — PolitiTweet.org
