I'm not sure there actually are that many obligate murderers out there — people who are just psychosexually motivated to kill sans any other compelling factor (i.e., involvement in other crimes, gang activity, interpersonal conflict, etc.) In the US we assume it's like 1/100 guys — PolitiTweet.org
