@FrHilderbrand oh yes that's certainly true of baking. if you really want to invest, i'd suggest a stand mixer -- it's just so useful and so multipurpose, it does everything from kneading bread dough to whipping meringue to creaming butter/sugar emulsions. if not, get a good hand mixer! — PolitiTweet.org
