@rachel_merker yep exactly! it's just a standard yellow cake with 1.5c of the batter separated into a bowl and combined with an emulsion of 4T cocoa powder and 3T boiling water (forming a cocoa paste, which melts the fat in the powder and allows it to blend.) then dollop that back in and bam! — PolitiTweet.org
