@careyhelmick bob's red mill sells extra fine almond flour which is very handy! but if you don't see that around, king arthur's is good too, as is costco's. with a very fine mesh sieve (and patience) i don't find the processor necessary. i think air bubbles are a bigger culprit of bumps — PolitiTweet.org
