@Spenbirkenstock today was easy since it was fries and corndogs. started with low temp oil to par-fry the fries, took 'em out, raised the temp, finished frying them, then fried the corndogs. i just used a high-sided saucepan since i wasn't using a ton of oil (or making a ton of food.) — PolitiTweet.org
