@Nickofthe_North very easy. put the steak in a ziploc bag, beat it with a meat tenderizer until it's flat. pat it dry. salt and pepper it. dredge it in buttermilk, then flour+cornstarch+seasoning. fry it in hot, hot, hot oil, fast as you can. then make gravy! — PolitiTweet.org
