i have a system. i figure out the ratio of baking soda/powder to flour in each recipe, and make a gigantic batch of each blend — ratios are pretty standard, so this means 2-3 blends. then i can scoop and go. i leave a costco pack of butter out to come to room temp. — PolitiTweet.org

then i note the temperature at which each cookie bakes. on the big day, i get up early and start off with the oven on the coolest setting, bake the cookies that bake at that temp, then move to the next temp, etc, finishing at the highest temp. these were all baked in a day! — PolitiTweet.org
