i have a system. i figure out the ratio of baking soda/powder to flour in each recipe, and make a gigantic batch of each blend — ratios are pretty standard, so this means 2-3 blends. then i can scoop and go. i leave a costco pack of butter out to come to room temp. — PolitiTweet.org
