pork: 3lbs pork shoulder, sliced into strips. don't trim the fat. dry rub w: black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, chipotle, ancho, garlic/onion powder. let it chill overnight. put in stock pot with bay leaves + drizzle of molasses + sliced onion. cover w beef broth. 300 for 4 hrs — PolitiTweet.org
