but to say that the institution of parenthood is abusive *strictly* because there’s a power imbalance, that’s wrong. power imbalances aren’t inherently bad; some are very good (ie, parenting.) they can be *used* badly, but that’s just saying some parents abuse, which is obvious — PolitiTweet.org
