it's a Liberalism thing, right? in Liberalism you have this category for 'comprehensive doctrines,' which means, in most cases, religions -- but can mean any other thing with an ethical account. so when people say that, all they're saying is: This contains ethics! cool thanks — PolitiTweet.org
