Correlation ≠ causation, mail voting isn't the only metric, some states' turnout surged bc it was contested, and 2020 was weird bc of the pandemic. But there was a strong link between rules and turnout in 2020. Makes you wonder why R's are so interested in strict new laws. — PolitiTweet.org
