@HotlineJosh There are plenty of states with bad legacy laws. HR1 is flawed and you make some valid points in this article. But even if both sides are doing this for partisan reasons only one side is trying to disenfranchise nonwhite, young and poor voters. That's a stark moral difference. — PolitiTweet.org
