this is true but not the full story. dem SOSs/govs in MI/PA/WI have been pushing for many obvious changes, like being able to prep mail ballots to be counted before election day, improving the cure process, etc. GOP legislators have fought them at every turn. this seems by design — PolitiTweet.org
