@tehoriman yep, CA voters will have their ballots by the time of the Iowa caucuses, though I'd be pretty surprised if many actually cast their votes 'til they have a better sense of how things are shaking out in the early states. CA voters, esp Dems, rarely vote that early. — PolitiTweet.org
