@chutry @maiselgoboating in most of the public/private polling i've seen, trump is above water in favorability ratings in NC still. depending on the dem nominee it could come into play, but it's definitely not the tipping point state... and i'm not sure it's even as likely as arizona — PolitiTweet.org
