DHS official tells me FEMA is currently looking at options for facilities to alleviate overcrowding at Border Patrol stations, including the soft sided facility in Donna, Texas, which is the epicenter of overcrowding. They’d be used for children in between CBP and HHS custody. — PolitiTweet.org
