@JoshuaWBaron The safety of SGX (or other HSMs we incorporate) is purely additive. It's like a brute-force rate limiter. If the limiter fails, you're just back to the strength of your passphrase. If you want to use a passphrase with a 128bit security level, nothing about SVR will degrade that. — PolitiTweet.org
