@oaktreetech right. because here is the thing, congress doesn’t tend to repeal very much of what it passes into law. fears of wild swings in policymaking are overstated, i think. to say nothing of the fact that lawmakers tend to act different when they’re playing with live rounds, so to speak — PolitiTweet.org
