Anyway, like I said earlier, I think you can very easily treat the individual right to bear arms as an unenumerated right. And in any case the Court has said that it extends out of the 2nd. I just think “The 2nd Amendment is a guarantee of the right of insurrection” is wrong. — PolitiTweet.org
