@ParkerMolloy yeah, one thing that will help the argument is the legalization of political discourse in general. the fact that such a move might be *technically* constitutional will help it survive scrutiny, even when the actual issue is that it is an abuse of power, irrespective of legality. — PolitiTweet.org
