@bknoxmusic unfortunately there’s not a generally accepted definition of “gentrification.” many people, such as those quoted in the story, seem to define it in terms of aesthetics. i follow the lead of folks who define it in terms of property values & class composition of a neighborhood — PolitiTweet.org
