@paint771 I think that's a good example. Everyone agrees you shouldn't call someone a racial slur. Then a professor gets suspended and investigated for saying a Chinese word that *sounds like* a racial slur, and one side says *unreasonable concept creep is happening*, and I agree, it is. — PolitiTweet.org

@hiltzikm Okay, if you were a business school professor teaching about language norms in China, and you said a Chinese word that sounded like but is not a racial slur, and your institution suspended you and your students wanted to get you fired, I would think that is unjust. — PolitiTweet.org
